If you want to see this design made into a real garment, vote for me! (Once I figure out how that works...)

So the idea behind this was something bold, classy, but still having a touch of child-like naivety.
This is something that should be (technically) appropriate for work (with the leggings and maybe a black camisole under...) and when paired some nice heels and clutch, can be a decent night outfit as well (with the open heart cutout).
Now that I'm looking back at this, it also reminds me a bit of the Red Dress event which brings awareness to Heart Disease in women. (The Heart Truth)

this is Atelophobia here from Ernya.I think the dress is pretty i saw something like this in a kdrama i was watching earlier.
I think you should be awesome if this dress had hidden pockets in the ruffed skirt.
